Conditions + Policies

If you book a trip with us, here are
a few conditions to be aware of: 

• Deposit = 30% of trip cost

• Final payments must be paid 90 days before start of trip

  Cancelation policy:

  • We will need a written notice of cancellation

  • You will receive a full refund if before 90 days prior to trip

  • If within 90-46 days of start date loss of 25% 

  • Within 45 days prior to start date 100% loss 

  Covid Policy

  • Depending on the trip location, you might need to provide either proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test within 72 hours of departure date. 

  • Masks are optional on trip, unless mandated in trip location.
